How To Request It

Use the in-app deletion flow in Dyne for the account you want removed.

The current Dyne app already includes an account deletion flow. If you are signed in, this is the primary way to submit the request for your Dyne account and synced app data.

If you pay through Google Play, manage or cancel your subscription first if you do not want future charges. Subscription cancellation is separate from account deletion.

1

Open Dyne and sign in

Sign in to the exact Dyne account you want to delete.

2

Go to your Profile

Open the Profile area in the Dyne app and choose Delete Account.

3

Review the subscription warning

Dyne warns that deleting your account does not cancel subscriptions billed by Google Play or the App Store.

4

Type DELETE

The current app requires the exact confirmation text DELETE before you can continue.

5

Confirm deletion

Dyne submits the deletion request, removes the account in the backend, and clears local app data from the device during sign-out cleanup.

What Gets Deleted

The Dyne account deletion flow removes core account and training data tied to your Dyne user.

The current Dyne backend deletes the authenticated user record, and Dyne user tables are tied to that account through cascading relationships or direct cleanup.

Retention Timing

No separate fixed Dyne retention window is published for deleted app data.

Dyne account data is deleted when the in-app request is processed. Dyne does not currently publish a separate fixed additional retention period for app data deleted through this flow.

Limited records may still be retained only where required by law, fraud prevention, security, dispute handling, support operations, or third-party provider policies.
